  • Believe us, babe - we are working on growing our brand every day! Because we are US-based and believe in small batch design + production, our pieces take a teeny bit longer to make. Right now, we aim to release new pieces at least once a month. To stay the most up-to-date, follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our newsletter!

  • Currently we offer sizes XL-5X (a true 14-32) and hope to expand our size offering by Spring 2023. We take GREAT pride in our "fit" process - spending an average of 16 hours on the development of each design.

    We are so grateful for the invaluable feedback we have gotten from our awesome community on our fit thus far. We continue to take down every single comment, love-note and critique so that we can implement your feedback in our delopment process. Our goal is to create the best "fit" possible - on all plus size body shapes. Clothing should be made to fit YOU - not the other way around.

    If you're interested in specific sizing info, please see the size chart and description on each product page. We always note the stretch factor, material, dimensions etc.!

  • We offer one time 10% discounts for new customers - all you have to do is subscribe to our newsletter! If we have a sale or promotion in the future, that info will either be on product pages, our Instagram or delivered to your inbox :) 

SHIPPING

  • We are in the office shipping Monday-Friday 9-5pm PST. All orders take 12-48 hours to process and ship from our office in Los Angeles, CA. If you want to rush your order, you can do so at checkout by selecting one of our various shipping options and speeds.

  • What Lo Wants accepts returns and exchanges on all non-sale orders. We will gladly accept any unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of the order delivery date for a full refund excluding the original cost of shipping. Returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving the return label.

    Please note that all sale or discounted items are final sale and may not be returned (you may exchange sizes). Exchanges may be made within 30 days of ordering.

     

    If you would like to initiate a return or exchange sizes, please head over to our returns center (https://whatlowants.returnscenter.com/) Please consider eco-friendly alternatives before sending back your return. We're trying to reduce our carbon footprint as much as we can and would love your help!

     

    Once your return has been received and it complies with our return policy, we will refund you using the original payment method. The refund will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 5 additional business days to return the funds to your account. Please wait this time before you contact us with an outstanding refund.

     

    Note: Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. All sale or discounted items are final sale (you may exchange sizes). We cannot offer returns on any international orders at this time (outside of the US).

  • Yes! We do ship outside the US - however, we cannot be responsible for any country-specific duties and taxes at this time. You will find shipping carrier options for your specific country on the checkout page before you pay. If you have any questions about shipping, email us at hello@whatlowants.com.

  • Each WLW piece is made with integrity by our talented sewing team in Downtown Los Angeles. We visit our production team often and stand for the rights of the talented garment workers we create with. Our pieces are shipped from our office which is about 15 min away- helping to keep our carbon footprint low :)

RETURNS

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to cover expedited shipping costs or return shipping costs at this time.

  • If it has been longer than 14 days since your order was delivered or if your item has been worn, please understand that we can not accept your return.
