As What Lo Wants prepares for an indefinite pause, we are no longer accepting returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations. This applies to all orders, including domestic and international purchases.
We encourage you to review product details, sizing information, and your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives with an issue (such as damage or an incorrect item), please reach out to us at hello@whatlowants.com within 5 days of delivery. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3–5 business days.
All store credit and gift cards must be used by May 1, 2026. After this date, any remaining balances will no longer be valid.
